Well the key card and reader had a problem but they fixed that so good and the a didn't work right was hot as hell for the two days and other than that it was great loved the location and the room and the front desk was very polite
They don't bother you unless they're trying to clean or something like that, some guests are questionable in character but if you're low-key and don't talk to anyone around there it's not so bad.
Great place, all the outlets worked Would rate 6/5 if possible. If you ignore all the blood/‘fluid’ stains, the hundreds of insects, crappy service, no wifi, creepy people, bad smell, and overall atmosphere then this place is a must stay!!!!
Stayed at the Regal recently and the rooms and overall establishment were very well put together and incredibly clean. The whole staff was more than willing to help however they could and made my stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you.
Absolutely love them! They have changed drastically in the last few years, for the better of course! The staff is extremely friendly & always willing to give us the best stay they possibly can. If there is ever an issue , they fix it as quickly & efficiency as they can & are very accommodating.
The staff are excellent luv the management i was in room 316 getting ready to pay for another night and he convinced me to get a JACUZZI HOT TUB room which is well worth the price the wifi in the room I'm in works good I've been playing my Xbox one it's big and the hot tub OMG I WAS IN IT FROM 11:30AM -9PM I FELL ASLEEP IN IT YES ILL COME BACK AND SPEND MY MONEY HERE ANY DAY IM BACK IN MD ME AND GLASYA THANK YALL
This hotel was on the way to an event. It is a cute mom and pop type motel. New people who were very helpful. Coming one way had to do a u-turn. There is convenience store right next door to motel. Bar liquor store across the street along with a royal farms.
Good size rooms for the price, staff was rude and seemed like they were being bothered for anything you needed. Had to walk to the front office after I got to my room because we had a sheet in a half of toilet paper(I had two ladies with me, so that wasn't cutting it)when I called to tell them they insisted I had to come and get another roll because they would not bring it. This was 7am and had a full staff.
